Healing for the Healers is a regional gathering for those who hold space for others—across professions, practices, and disciplines—serving South Central Wisconsin.

This summit is designed to bring together therapists, bodyworkers, artists, energy workers, healthcare professionals, facilitators, educators, caregivers, and community leaders to connect, collaborate, and restore. Many helping professionals work in isolation while carrying the emotional, physical, and energetic weight of others. This gathering offers a space to step out of that isolation and into community.

Throughout the day, participants will explore how to offer care without absorbing what isn’t theirs, how to tend to themselves sustainably, and how to navigate the gaps and overlaps in services within our region. Together, we’ll engage in thoughtful dialogue about boundaries, embodiment, collaboration, and long-term resilience in helping professions.

The summit will include:

  • A panel discussion with local practitioners across disciplines

  • Guided somatic meditation and embodied practices

  • Facilitated breakout discussions

  • Dedicated time for intentional networking and connection

This event is intentionally scheduled on a weekday, inviting participants to pause their usual roles and invest time in their own care and professional community. The summit is designed to be both restorative and practical—supporting personal well-being while strengthening regional collaboration among space-holders.

Healing for the Healers welcomes anyone whose work involves holding space for others, regardless of modality, credential, or professional title.

We are offering a limited number of community-supported access options for this gathering made possible through sponsored contributions. You can "Sponsor a Seat" with your ticket purchase, or request to be on the "Access Seat List". For more information, see link below.

Functional Resistance Series.png

This 3-week movement series focuses on building functional strength, balance, and endurance using resistance bands.

Each class is thoughtfully designed to:

*Strengthen muscles and joints using progressive band resistance

*Improve balance, stability, and coordination

*Enhance muscular endurance for daily activities

*Support joint health with controlled, intentional movement

Resistance bands allow you to challenge your body safely while keeping movements low-impact and adaptable. This makes the class both effective and accessible, whether you are new to resistance training or looking for a smarter way to stay strong.
